Create a simple cat eye using Mary Kay^® Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner Pen. Place a small piece of tape at the corner of your eye, angled toward the tail of your eyebrow. Line top lashes and follow the tape’s edge until you have the wing you want. For more drama thicken the line and connect it to bottom lashes, and gently remove the tape.
